4. Service Refund Policy

We strive for transparency and fairness regarding refunds:

• Non-refundable Services: Consultation, application assistance, and documentation fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.

• Cancellable Services: You may request a refund before processing begins, subject to administrative charges.

• Visa Rejection: No refunds are offered for services already delivered. However, discounted support for reapplication may be available.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nextleapedu.com within 7 days of service discontinuation. Refund decisions rest solely with NextLeap Edu.

5. Agent Collaboration Terms

We welcome education agents as partners, not subordinates. Our collaboration framework includes:

• Assisting in university/course selection for students.

• Accelerating offer letter issuance and reducing turnaround time.

• Supporting visa filing, interview preparation, and fee payment coordination.

• Providing a Dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) to each partner.

• Offering up-to-date admission cycle and university guideline information.

NextLeap Edu acts as a sub-agent facilitating faster processing and stronger university access for agents.

6. Agent Partner Responsibilities

As a registered agent partner, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, complete, and accurate documentation.

• Avoid misrepresentation of educational institutions, programs, or opportunities.

• Maintain confidentiality of student data and communications.

• Comply with all applicable legal and ethical standards.

• Maintain regular communication with NextLeap Edu regarding student progress.

Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may lead to suspension or termination of partnership.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights for materials on this website—including text, images, logos, graphics, and software—are owned by NextLeap Global or its licensors. You may access content for personal, non-commercial use only and must NOT:
